Our team has the experience and drive to see the opportunities in our diversity and put in place initiatives that will enable each child to reach his or her full potential.

Just Plain Special

Some of our children need extra attention. Technically, they’re children with Special Educational Needs. At Chalgrove, we believe they are just plain special. That’s why we’re proud of our reputation for ensuring every child makes its own unique contribution to the spirit of the school.

Diverse cultures

With so many vibrant cultures under one roof, we are also looking for new ways to ensure that all our children feel included. For example, when a large number of Japanese pupils joined us, we pioneered a Buddy Scheme to pair new arrivals with dual English-Japanese speaking children.
